How long will it take to get my order?

We ship orders faster than your situationship lasted, usually the next business day.

Actual delivery times depend on where you live and which shipping method you pick. These are estimates, not blood oaths, and don’t include processing delays during busy seasons.

Domestic (U.S.)

USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

International:

USPS Letter Mail: 7–28 business days (no tracking — it’s basically a paper plane)

Global Package: 3–14 business days

I never got my order. What do I do? 

First, deep breath. We got you. 

Start by double-checking the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s correct (you’d be surprised how often it’s not 👀). 

If everything looks good but your package still pulled a disappearing act, email us with your name and order number, and we’ll help track it down like the patch-obsessed bloodhounds we are.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We usually ship orders within 3 business days, because we like making mailboxes happy. 

But this is a small business, not an Amazon robot army. Sometimes life happens (storms, supply delays, or me accidentally drinking too much cold brew). So we ask for a grace period of up to 5 business days if something slows us down. 

Promise we’re hustling to get your order out the door as fast as humanly possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do? 

If your order hasn’t shipped yet: 

Good news - we can fix it! 🎉 

Email us ASAP with the corrected address, and we’ll update your order before it heads out.

If your order has already shipped: 

Once you get a shipping confirmation, your package is officially out in the wild and we can’t change the address. 😬

Please double-check your info before ordering to avoid heartbreak. If it ships to the wrong place due to an incorrect address, it’s not eligible for a refund. 

If you do run into issues, email us right away. We’ll help however we can (within the limits of mortal power).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide 🌎 because chaos knows no borders. 

Shipping costs depend on where you live and which method you choose. Just a heads-up: international orders are final sale. 

We can’t offer returns or exchanges once it’s out in the wild. Think of it as sending a little patchy love letter into the void. It should get there… but once it leaves us, it’s on its own adventure.

Will I have to pay customs or tariffs if I live outside the U.S.? 

Maybe. Probably. It depends on where you live and what your country’s rules are. 

Because I’m based in the U.S., any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes are your responsibility. I don’t control them (if I did, I’d make snacks free and shipping instant). 

Check your local customs guidelines for the most accurate info. Every country’s a little different, and I’d hate for your patches to get held hostage by your postal service.

what is the "letter mail" shipping option?

Glad you asked — it’s our budget-friendly way to get your patches across the planet without selling a kidney for postage.

We mail your patches or stickers in a regular envelope with a global stamp — just like old-school snail mail. This keeps costs low, but it also means:

  • No tracking (sorry, it’s basically a mystery until it arrives)
  • We can only fit 3 patches or 7 stickers per envelope — larger orders might be split into multiple envelopes that usually show up within a few days of each other.

The good news? Letter mail often arrives within 1–2 weeks, sometimes even faster than tracked packages.

We know it’s an unconventional method, but we like to think of it as clever, thrifty, and mildly chaotic. If you’d rather play it safe, you can always choose tracked package shipping at checkout for peace of mind.

Refunds & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We don’t do refunds or exchanges unless something shows up defective — we’re good, but we’re not perfect (yet).

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge, even for international orders. Just send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue (the photo’s for our insurance — not because we don’t believe you, promise).

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Nope! We’ve got it covered. 💌

If you ever need to return or replace a defective item, we’ll cover all return shipping costs, whether you’re in the U.S. or halfway across the planet.

We want your order experience to be as stress-free as possible — no hidden fees, no fine print, just good vibes (and cool patches).

Can I cancel an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet — no problem! Just email us with your order number, and we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, though, it’s officially out in the world (probably making new friends at the post office). At that point, we can’t cancel or refund it.

Iron-On Patches

How do I use your patches?

You can stitch or iron on our patches to most fabric. I always recommend going the "old fashioned" way and stitching as it will endure for years.

How do I iron on my new patch?

Step 1: Make sure that the clothing that you are applying the patch to is washed, dry, and wrinkle-free. Additionally, the material must be smooth for the patch to adhere properly.

Step 2: Set the iron to the correct settings for the type of material of your clothing. Ex., If your clothing is a cotton material make sure the iron is set to cotton to avoid burning or damaging your clothing.

Step 3: Before placing the patch, iron the area where you want your embroidered patch to be placed.

Step 4: Place the custom patch on the heated area then cover the patch with a washcloth or a tea towel. Move the iron over the washcloth or tea towel in a slow circular motion for about 90 seconds.

Step 5: Lift the washcloth or tea towel to make sure that the patch is applied correctly, if the patch is applying correctly you can proceed to Step 6, if the patch is not adhering to the material you will need to start over with a new patch.

Step 6: Turn the material the patch is being applied to inside out, place the washcloth or tea towel back over the patch, then iron the patch again for about 30 seconds. Be sure to move the iron in a slow circular motion.

Step 7: Remove washcloth or tea towel and let the article of clothing cool. Give your clothing and your new patch the “movement test” to make sure your patch can withstand your regular body movements.

Step 8: Enjoy your new patch!
