Order & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order delivery times vary greatly depending on the county we are shipping to and the shipping method. Here is a current list of our shipping offerings and estimated delivery times for domestic orders. These estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and do not include processing times which vary based on demand.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. Due to shipping logistics, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. All sales are final and order at your own risk.

I never got my order, what to do?

We're sorry you haven't received your order. Double check the shipping address for your order and make sure it's correct. If you need help, please contact us with your order number and we can figure it out together.

Will I have to pay customs if I am outside of the US?

Depends on the country you live in. I do not take responsibility for any customs fees as I am a US based seller. Please refer to your local guidelines for information regarding potential customs fees.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We try our best to get orders processed and shipped as fast as possible but sometimes life happens. This is a small business and although our orders usually ship within 3 days of you placing it, we ask for a grace policy of 7 days if extenuating circumstances require it.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping information?

Send us an email with the corrected address and we will update the order.

My order has already shipped:

Once you have received notification of your order being shipped we are no longer able to change the order address. We want your package to arrive safely so please insure your information is correct. If you have any problems, contact us as soon as possible. If an order is shipped to a wrong address it is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for stickers unless they are defective. For patches, we offer 30-day returns or exchanges on domestic orders. If something arrives defective we will replace it free of charge. To initiate a return, email us your order number and a picture of the defective product. All international orders, are ineligible for returns and/or exchanges.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Absolutely not! We will always cover the costs of returning an item for domestic orders.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, simply email us with your order number and we will process a refund for you. If your order has already shipped, please wait for your package to arrive. You will need to email us and start a return.

How does the buy 3 get 2 free work?

Thanks for asking! Simply add 3 patches of your choosing and we will add 2 free patches to your order. Have specific ones you want? Leave a comment for us on the cart page before you checkout.

My discount code isn't working?

Sorry about that! Sometimes technology sucks. Go ahead and place your order then email us with the order number and discount code. We will refund you for the amount of the discount.

Iron-On Patches

How do I use your patches?

You can stitch or iron on our patches to most fabric. I always recommend going the "old fashioned" way and stitching as it will endure for years.

How do I iron on my new patch?

Step 1: Make sure that the clothing that you are applying the patch to is washed, dry, and wrinkle-free. Additionally, the material must be smooth for the patch to adhere properly.

Step 2: Set the iron to the correct settings for the type of material of your clothing. Ex., If your clothing is a cotton material make sure the iron is set to cotton to avoid burning or damaging your clothing.

Step 3: Before placing the patch, iron the area where you want your embroidered patch to be placed.

Step 4: Place the custom patch on the heated area then cover the patch with a washcloth or a tea towel. Move the iron over the washcloth or tea towel in a slow circular motion for about 90 seconds.

Step 5: Lift the washcloth or tea towel to make sure that the patch is applied correctly, if the patch is applying correctly you can proceed to Step 6, if the patch is not adhering to the material you will need to start over with a new patch.

Step 6: Turn the material the patch is being applied to inside out, place the washcloth or tea towel back over the patch, then iron the patch again for about 30 seconds. Be sure to move the iron in a slow circular motion.

Step 7: Remove washcloth or tea towel and let the article of clothing cool. Give your clothing and your new patch the “movement test” to make sure your patch can withstand your regular body movements.

Step 8: Enjoy your new patch!
