RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
Retrograde Supply Co. accepts returns only for defective or damaged items.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Shipping delays outside our control
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- International orders (except verified defect/damage)
To request a return, you must email support@retrogradesupplyco.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo evidence of the defect or damage
Failure to provide photo documentation may result in denial of the claim.
To be eligible for return consideration:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition as received
Retrograde Supply Co. reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
2. International Orders – Final Sale
All international sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders under any circumstances, except in verified cases of defect or damage.
Customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, import duties, and any additional charges imposed by their country.
3. Missing Orders & Extended Transit Times
Because we use shipping insurance, we must observe carrier-required waiting periods before filing claims.
From the shipment date:
- Domestic (U.S.): 14-day waiting period
- International: 35-day waiting period
- Insurance claims cannot be filed until at least 20 days after shipment (carrier requirement)
If your package has not arrived after the applicable waiting period, contact support@retrogradesupplyco.com with your order number.
Shipments sent without tracking (such as USPS Letter Mail) may be difficult or impossible to trace.
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Retrograde Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
4. Refund Process
If a return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
- Refunds cannot be redirected to a different payment method.
- Processing time depends on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse, fraudulent claims, or misuse of chargeback procedures.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to verified defect or damage, a refund will be issued once approved.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to verified defect or damage, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Gifts
Retrograde Supply Co. does not offer a "gift" option at checkout.
All orders are treated as standard purchases and are subject to the return policy outlined above. Items presented as gifts by customers are not eligible for special return treatment.
8. Policy Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to Retrograde Supply Co.'s Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
