SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Delivery times below are estimates and do not include processing time. In rare cases, processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
USPS Priority Mail: usually 1–3 business days
USPS Ground Advantage: usually 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once your order leaves our facility.

International Shipping:
USPS Letter Mail: usually 7–28 business days (no tracking)
DHL Package: usually 3–14 business days
UPS Package: usually 3-14 business days

International delivery times may vary and can be delayed by customs or local postal carriers. Tracking is only provided if the selected shipping method includes it.

Customs, Duties & Fees:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by Retrograde Supply Co.

Tracking & Delivery Updates:
If your selected shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. 

If your shipping method does not include tracking (such as USPS Letter Mail), no tracking number will be provided.

Lost, Delayed & Undelivered Packages:
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

1.  Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
2.  If the address is correct and the package is late, contact us at
    support@retrogradesupplyco.com with your order number.

We will work with you to locate your package, but shipments without tracking may be difficult to trace. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Retrograde Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Address Errors & Changes:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address if contacted immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Letter Mail Shipping Details:
Our budget-friendly USPS Letter Mail option ships items in a standard envelope to keep costs low. Because of its nature, no tracking is included. Only small quantities fit in each envelope. Larger orders may ship in multiple envelopes and arrive separately.

All shipping timelines are estimates provided by the postal service and are not guaranteed. Retrograde Supply Co. is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, weather, postal strikes, or other uncontrollable factors.
